Help Stop Abuse of Wild Horses and Burros

Help Keep Volunteers in the Field for America’s Wild Horses

From July 21–30, I will be volunteering with Wild Horse Education in Wyoming, documenting federal wild horse roundups. These roundups often happen in remote areas, far from public view—making it critical to have trained volunteers on the ground. Our presence helps ensure transparency, exposes inhumane practices, and supports legal action to protect these iconic animals.

Wild Horse Education has won some of the most meaningful litigation in wild horse and burro welfare, and they continue fighting for lasting change in the management of our public lands. But this work can’t happen without eyes in the field.

This fundraiser supports the nonprofit's ability to keep volunteers like me in the field. I’m covering the upfront costs for this trip, and 100% of the funds raised will go directly to Wild Horse Education to reimburse those expenses and ensure volunteers can continue this critical work.

Your donation helps cover:

Travel to remote roundup sites
Vehicle rentals for rugged terrain
Lodging and field supplies
The conditions are tough, but the wild horses have it much harder.

Every dollar helps Wild Horse Education put boots on the ground and keep pressure on the system. Please consider donating or sharing. Your support makes a real difference.

Thank you for standing with the wild ones.
