I am the proud owner and founder of Wild Bloom Garden (a nonprofit dedicated to community nourishment) and Wild Bloom Farm Cafe LLC, where I blend my passion for fresh, seasonal food with a mission to promote a true seed-to-plate lifestyle. With deep roots in Puerto Rican agricultural heritage, my journey as an urban farmer is profoundly personal. Growing up with limited access to fresh, healthy food ignited a lifelong commitment to cultivating flavorful, nutrient-rich ingredients and building stronger communities through sustainable agriculture.
Over the past seven years, I have honed my expertise in growing vegetables and flowers, raising poultry, and managing urban lots—all while fostering connections that nourish both people and the land. My vision extends beyond production: I aim to create an agritourism destination that highlights the beauty and potential of West Tennessee agriculture, drawing visitors to experience farm-fresh experiences, seasonal events, and educational opportunities that celebrate local, sustainable food systems.I'm raising funds to purchase a piece of land right here near Memphis, TN, to kickstart a regenerative farm and agro-tourism spot.
This isn't just any farm—it's about healing the soil, growing nutrient-dense food using regenerative practices (no chemicals, building biodiversity, sequestering carbon), and creating a welcoming space where people from Memphis and the Mid-South can connect with nature. Imagine farm tours, workshops on sustainable living, pick-your-own experiences, agritourism events, and a community hub that brings fresh, local food and education to our area. Every donation gets us closer to securing the property and turning this vision into reality—for healthier land, stronger communities, and a more sustainable future.
I am actively seeking to create suitable farmland through regenerative practices, ideally 1-2+ acres for lease or purchase. The land will support diversified operations, including:
* Vegetable and cut-flower production
* Pasture/ space for poultry
* Apiary sites for bees
* Potential for agritourism features (e.g., visitor areas, event space, or farmstand/cafe expansion).
If you've ever wanted to support local regenerative agriculture, food security, or eco-tourism in the Memphis region, now's the time!
Even $5 or $10 makes a huge difference, and sharing helps even more.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart—let's grow something amazing together!
