Support Wes's Fight: ICU and Beyond
Yesterday on 5/20/25 in the early AM hours Wes expressed that he was not feeling well so he took Tylenol and went to rest, after a short period of time I checked in on him where I noticed he was acting confused, he could hardly stand and was having difficulty talking. I took his blood pressure and it was abnormally low 60/40. Wes normally has an elevated blood pressure so seeing this number along with his symptoms I immediately called 911 and he was taken to Geisinger. After ruling out a stroke his bloodwork started to come back his labs indicated his kidneys are not functioning properly and he was experiencing cardiac issues related to this. He is currently in the ICU and will be admitted for an undetermined amount of time. The Drs have also discussed Wes needing home health after discharge as his recovery is going to take time.
Anyone that knows Wes knows how hard he works to take care of his family. Being that he was one of the main providers in the household there is going to be a shift while he recovers.
All funds will help cover both normal and unexpected expenses while Wes continues to be treated in the ICU and this help will allow him to heal/ recover without as much stress. when he is discharged to home health. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
