Hello everyone my name is Wes and thank you for taking time to read my story.

I'm your everyday average nerdy guy living in Georgia. I'm 40 years old and have lived most of my life in Georgia. I love things like fishing, computers, cars, video games and anime. I'm honestly fighting tears writing this. I never thought I would be here writing something like this. To be honest, I’ve gone back and forth on whether I should create a GoFundMe. I’ve always been worried about asking for help, but right now I truly don’t have much of a choice.

Recently, I was diagnosed with spindle cell carcinoma, a rare form of cancer. Mine is located in my left abdomen. The reality is that I will need months away from work, and the costs of radiation treatment and surgery is something I honestly have no idea how much will cost in the long run.

I wasn’t sure what amount to set as the goal because there’s no way to perfectly calculate everything. But what I do know is that the road ahead will be long, and any help at all would mean the world to me.

Through all of this, my sisters Tesia and Alisha have been my anchor. They are the tether to the family I have, and I’m beyond grateful for their love and support.
