Last Sunday, my cousin Wes picked up a package he had found in his friend's car. It turned out to be a pipe bomb that detonated, taking his left hand, part of his arm, and leaving his face and body with wounds and shrapnel. He was life-flighted to Grant Hospital and has a long road to recovery, but we're just thankful he's still here, as the police said that if he had rotated the package, it would have taken his head instead.
He's unable to do the type of physical jobs he's used to doing at this time and needs any help he can get. The police believe they know who did this, but it's an ongoing investigation. Wesley has remained in good spirit throughout the entire ordeal and is so grateful to everyone who has reached out.
Any funds raised will go directly to Wesley for any medical and/or living expenses. Anything could help. Thank you for your time.
