Have you ever heard of Wack? You know he loves his Dallas Cowboys!!! Anyone that has met him has always had a good laugh listening to his wild stories and adventures from hunting, trail riding and everything in between. He is always there when it comes to helping others and has helped raise funds for several friends and strangers. Most of all he is a loving husband, father, and brother.

Wesley Sanders has come into some hard times right now with a very unexpected health problem. In August 2024 he was diagnosed with liver cancer and cirrhosis of the liver. The doctors are considering him to be in stage 4 cancer due to having five masses on his liver and cirrhosis. The liver cancer is causing him to have severe abdominal pain, nausea and discomfort. The cirrhosis causes him to retain a lot of fluid so they have done a few paracentesis procedures to relieve him of those fluids. This has all been a huge adjustment for him and Renee' with the numerous doctors appointments and changes to everyday life. He has gotten pretty weak and is having a hard time keeping anything down. At this moment he is on his third hospital stay within the month. He is a candidate to do immunotherapy for his cancer. Immunotherapy is a treatment which basically boosts the immune system to localize the cancer cells where they are to keep them from spreading to other parts of the body. He should be able to start these sessions soon if he can keep these various factors in line: his liver enzymes are within range, stabilized blood pressure, calcium levels come down, sodium levels come up and gets the nausea under control. With there being numerous doctor appointments, Renee’s loss of work, trips to/from downtown, as well as everyday life the expenses are adding up and we want to be able to help them financially in anyway that we can whether it be for gas to downtown or the parking, medical bills, labs, and any other unforeseen expenses that may come their way.
