Hello, this is Wes Walker, and my priorities are God, Family, and Country, and this is my story.

I'm 71 years old, soon to be 72 on December 21st, and on August 16th, the company I worked for closed its doors for good, leaving me unemployed. Soon after that, I was diagnosed with liver cancer. Now I have to go to Oklahoma University Stephenson's Cancer Center for treatment and surgery. Hopefully, they can remove the cancerous part of my liver, and after about 3 months of recovery and about 4 to 6 months of my liver being able to regenerate itself with God's grace, I might be able to make a full recovery.

Now, I do have United Healthcare through Medicare, but we all know they probably won't cover everything I need to survive. So, co-pays and additional costs could go out of sight, not to mention the fact that I cannot work for that time, and just everyday expenses could be exhausting for my wife and myself.

My wife and I love to ride our Harley Davidson, and I'm hoping for a full recovery so we can enjoy the open road again. Our little Pomeranian, Bella, likes to ride also, just like our previous small dogs, Buddy and Layla, did.
