Support Wendy's Fight for a Liver Transplant

Dear friends,

I’ve been quiet lately, because I found out in January that I had stage 3 cirrhosis of the liver. And also that there is a 4.5 centimeter mass on my liver.I have stopped drinking and I’m eating healthy now, I go to AA daily, but the damage is already done.

It’s been a long road since January, and after multiple doctor visits, from Primary care to the GI specialist, MRI’s. and CT scans, today I went to the Mason Clinic, The liver Transplant Center. The doctor I spoke to is grooming me for a transplant. Getting all medical requirements looked at and yearly checkups out of the way. As we were speaking he kept talking about cancer and transplants.

I have filed for disability w/ssi, my case is currently being worked on. I pray every day that it’s sooner than later! I'm not working right now, due to some other side effects of this stupid disease I gave myself. I shake, I’m off balance and I have a giant case of CRS. I beg you guys- please stop drinking to excess, It can only lead to heath conditions that will kill you.

I’m looking at a bunch of bills, of Dr appointments and copays, ride shares to appointments and medication in the near future. Please help me get through this. I don’t want to I don't wanna from this so I'm following Drs orders.
