Help Wellington (Wello) Welch Get Lifesaving Treatment

Dear friends, family, and the wider community,

Today, we come together with heavy hearts to ask for your help for someone who has always brought joy, love, and laughter into our lives — Wellington (Wello) Welch.

Wello is the spirit of St. Mark’s Parish — always helpful, respectful, humble, and full of life. Whether it was dressing up in hilarious costumes to entertain us during Carnival and St. Mark’s Day or simply lending a helping hand, Wello has touched so many lives with his kindness and joyful spirit.

Sadly, on Sunday, April 27th, Wello was trying to break up a fight when he was shot in the head. He is currently on life support, and his only chance for survival is to be flown out of Grenada urgently for a critical craniotomy surgery.

We, the people of St. Mark’s, are rallying around our beloved brother. We are asking for your prayers, your support, and any financial assistance you can give to help cover his medical evacuation and urgent surgery. Every donation, no matter the size, will bring us one step closer to saving Wello’s life.
