Help Us Keep "Why I Vote Again" Alive: Support Women's Voices in Art
Dear Friends, Supporters, and Advocates for Women's Voices,
We need your help.
The Women's Caucus for Art (WCA-DC) has been working tirelessly to organize an upcoming exhibition, "Why I Vote Again," a powerful showcase of artworks that amplify the voices of women and the issues important to them. This exhibition was set to open in just over two weeks, but devastating news struck—their venue was canceled.
The sudden cancellation put their exhibition, which is more important now than ever, in jeopardy. This exhibition is not just about art; it's about empowering women, celebrating our democratic rights, and reminding the world of the issues that impact women and the significance of each vote. They’ve poured their hearts into curating pieces that reflect our struggles, triumphs, and the ongoing fight for women's issues.
We have found them a new venue and are urgently seeking financial support to help cover the unexpected costs of this last-minute change. Your contributions will help fund this new space.
We are committed to making this exhibition happen but can't do it alone. Any amount you can give will bring us one step closer to ensuring that "Why I Vote Again" continues to inspire and resonate with our community.
Thank you for believing in the power of women's voices and for helping us turn this challenge into an opportunity. Together, we can make sure that this important exhibition not only survives but thrives.
With gratitude,
