My big brother Wayne risked his own life to save others when he swerved to miss a car pulling out onto the road in front of his semi on a two-lane highway in southern Missouri. He was airlifted to St. Louis for surgery as he broke his left leg in six places!

Unfortunately, brother Wayne doesn’t have health insurance or short-term disability. Recovery will be 4-6 months, and the doctor doesn’t believe he’ll be able to return to work much sooner than that. As we all know, it’s difficult on two-income families, let alone one. He’ll have medical bills, flight bill, and living expenses.
