Hello everyone! I'd like to introduce myself and tell you my story. My name is Wayne, I'm from Augusta, GA. I have a beautiful little daughter (Adalyn) who is my whole world.

I've always tried to help others whenever I can, so it is incredibly difficult for me to be in a position where I am now the one who is in need of help. I recently had to undergo an emergency surgery for an infection in my neck which has left me disfigured and will require reconstructive surgery with skin grafts. Because of this, I cannot work for an extended period of time and unfortunately do not have short-term disability insurance to help me stay afloat until I am released by my doctor to work again.
