Our sweet Watson “Watty” had just turned two months old when he began experiencing cold-like symptoms. His parents were instructed to give him Tylenol to help his fever, and just as things started looking up, he began experiencing seizures. He was taken to CHOA where he was diagnosed with viral meningitis.
His treatment course will be long, including up to a month at Children’s, and they are anticipating months of physical therapy and rehabilitation at home. Watson is strong and fighting this terrible infection. His parents, Joe and Libby, are fighting right along with him.
We know expenses will start to add up, including treatment and travel to Atlanta, and being far away from home for a while.
Please extend prayer to help Watson in the hard times, he is so loved by so many family and friends.
