Support Warren Whelan during this unfortunate time

Hi, my name is kasey, the eldest of Warren's 4 kids. Im currently trying to raise funds to help my family during these unfortunate turn of events.

Warren was admitted to hospital after a typical night out, following an accident on one of the kids motorised e-scooters. Early on the morning of the incident we were told he had experienced a significant head injury which has resulted in a severe brain bleed, and that he would be flown to Brisbane for further treatment and observations.

After being in Brisbane with his wife by his bedside for a couple of days we were told that things would be OK, he's out of the danger zone and with rehab he would carry on to live a semi functional life. Although he would never be the same we were extremely glad to hear this. His wife, dani had to regretfully leave to go back to Gladstone to comfort his 4 kids who just don't understand why this happened. Not even 24 hours after dani arrived home she received a phone call that broke her heart. She was told warren had suffered a secondary event and lost consciousness, with concerns he will never wake again. Dani raced down to continue sitting by him in the icu with every bit of hope, not only for warren, but herself, and their kids.
