Support Warren Baristas' Fair Fight

Hello! My name is Lea Cecchini, reaching out on behalf of store 69764 at 28550 Dequindre Rd, Warren. I’m a union barista at our recently unionized Starbucks store with Workers United — we officially won our union vote on March 14th, 2025. I serve as our action committee organizer, and I’m leading strike efforts and fundraising to support a walkout action we’re planning for the week of May 12 in response to Starbucks’ recent violations of labor law. Despite being legally obligated to bargain with union stores, Starbucks unilaterally changed the dress code policy without negotiating — a direct violation of the National Labor Relations Act. This fundraiser will go toward covering lost wages for baristas participating in this protected Unfair Labor Practice strike, as we take a stand to demand respect and a fair contract! Starbucks isn’t taking negotiations seriously, so we’re taking action to make sure they do.
