My name is Julie Hoke. I am the proud granny of Warner Robert, born on 7/12/25. His projected delivery date was September 13 and as you can see, due to pregnancy complications (Preeclampsia) he came way earlier than expected. He's healthy, born at a whole 2lbs 7oz, with ten fingers and ten toes but will have to stay in the NICU unit in Roanoke for at least another month or two. Dad and Mom, Brad Britt and Kara Deaton, both work hourly jobs and will have to take time off during Warner's NICU stay. Because Dad and Mom live over an hour from Roanoke, they will be spending most of their time at the Ronald McDonald house and the hospital, however they still have regular living and extra traveling expenses to pay. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help, so that the burden on them won't be as heavy during this exciting yet stressful period. The goal is to raise enough money, so that Mom won't stress during her recovery and will be able to focus on Warner and his journey to come home. As you know, any and all help is appreciated. If you prefer to mail a donation, please reach out to me, Brad or Kara for the necessary information. Unfortunately, Kara's Venmo account isn't active but they can be Venmo-ed donations to @Bradley-Britt-96. Also, any type of donation is appreciated, it doesn't have to be monetary. Gift cards and/or baby supplies will help just as well. I know that not everyone can help, so if you can't, please don't feel obligated to and whether you do help or not, please keep the family in your prayers. Thank you very much for all that you will do to help out.
