On Friday, June 27th, Walter was jumped by 5 people and was hit in the eye with brass knuckles. The brass knuckles sliced his eye in half, and he was rushed into emergency surgery to completely reconstruct the left eye. Unfortunately, although the surgery was successful in reconstructing, he will not be able to regain vision in his left eye. Due to this, he will be out of work for the foreseeable future. His doctors are unsure of when he will be able to return. This GoFundMe will be to take off some of the weight on him of rent, household bills, and some medical necessities needed at home for recovery until he is able to return.
