here is the story of Waleed and his family:

Hello, my name is Waleed Abu Shamala. I am a Palestinian living in northern Gaza, where there is famine and massive destruction. I ask for your support, not only for myself, but also for my family, who is living in the midst of radical transformations in their lives as a result of the war on Gaza. My family, consisting of my father, mother, brothers and sisters, is facing huge and unimaginable losses. The pain is deep in our hearts. The war destroyed all our memories and dreams, and our city, which was full of our laughter and hopes, became ruins and destruction. We are now living a life

Full of suffering and uncertainty, we try to cope with the loss of our loved ones, our homes and our sense of security. I am creating this campaign to get support to help my family rebuild their lives, possessions and dreams after the war. The road to recovery is long and full of challenges, but with your help and generosity, we can give them a glimmer of hope and a chance to start over.
