My name is Wade King, for those who may not know me. I lost my mom in January 2024 and my dad in 2025. After their passing, my family and I moved into the single-wide trailer that belonged to my parents.

My siblings and I have agreed that the best way to avoid any future resentment or disagreements is for me to buy out their shares of the property. To do that, I am trying to raise funds for a solid down payment on a mortgage so I can secure and keep this property in the family.
