Emergency Bicep Surgery, Recovery, and Livelihood

Hi, my name is Vladimir Artemov, I am 60 years old, and I am in need of your help. A couple years ago I suffered a stroke and recovered from it with some disability; I am still paying off the bills for this. I have recently sustained a complete right distal bicep tear and require emergency surgery; with the funds I have remaining I will not be able to maintain a source of living.

Surgery was well, there have been no complications. I see the doctor for my update on July 1st!
