On August 3, 2023, Viviana went to the Emergency Room due to uncontrollable bleeding, where a small mass was discovered in her uterus during a procedure to help stop the bleeding. An immediate exam and biopsy revealed that Viviana, at just 32 years old, she was diagnosed with endometrial/uterine cancer.

In April, Viviana underwent major surgery to remove her uterus. Unfortunately, at her follow-up appointment, she was given the news that the cancer has spread beyond the uterine wall and now has stage 4b cancer. She will begin chemotherapy on June 4, 2024. It will be a rigorous chemotherapy treatment since they will be treating the whole body.

Viviana is now 33. She is a beautiful, carefree, and selfless person who has always put others first. She loves spending time with family and friends. She also loves making people laugh and living life to the fullest!
