Support Vivian and Jose for Medical Expenses

Hello I am Karina Zamora, cousin to Jose Salinas and friend to Vivian Kiefer who both were involved in a horrific fire accident on Mothers Day. This fundraiser is to help both Jose and Vivian with their medical expenses. Vivian was Halo lifted to San Antonio, TX to Fort Sam Houston Army Base to a special unit for burned victims and Jose was transported by ambulance to Christus Spohn in Corpus Christi, TX.  UPDATE: Since the accident Jose was discharged the day of and Vivian was hospitalized for a few weeks. She underwent a few surgeries. Including a skin grafting surgery. She is currently at home recovering but will have weekly appointments with her specialist. Please help with whatever you can and prayers are much needed, thank you.
