If you don't already know about Vision Change Win  (VCW), they are a Black-led Queer and Trans People of Color consultant team that specializes in organizational development, political strategy, abolitionist security and safety, conflict resolution, workshops, facilitation, and training by and for grassroots social justice organizations, leaders, organizers, and other movement formations. 
 
Over the past six years, Vision Change Win  has worked with over 100 client organizations, 20 states, 25 countries, 5 continents, and have facilitated engagements for over 3500 people.
 
In this moment of multiple global pandemics, covid-19, fascism, and mass resistance, our BIPOC QT led consultants need your support more than ever! Vision Change Win  has a history of doing deep cross-movement work on limited resources, currently VCW has two full time staff, and the rest of the team are part-time, and often volunteer additional time to support the work.
