Help Support Violet Through Cancer

Hello,

My name is Kate Coffey, and I am fundraising on behalf of my coworker and dear friend, Violet Vance.

I first met Violet about 9 months ago at work. I started seeing her around the office almost every day and soon found myself looking forward to each of these encounters. Always smiling and always quick to compliment anyone she meets, Violet soon became a bright light for anyone who worked in our office. From always asking how everyone’s day is going with a smile, to leaving candy in a conference room for an employee who had expressed being nervous about a presentation, Violet shows real care for those in her community. I am now asking for the community’s help on Violet’s behalf.

Violet was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and has started her chemotherapy treatments. This has left her feeling exhausted and sick and makes it difficult for her to work. Between the cost of her medical expenses and lost wages, Violet is facing an incredible challenge on top of her diagnosis and treatment. I am asking for donations to help provide some financial relief for Violet during this time, so that she may focus on her health and spend time with her daughter, Amanda.
