Support Vinny's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On Thursday, June 5th, around 12:15 PM, Vinny was out enjoying a motorcycle ride on M-68 just outside of Onaway, Michigan—his belly full from a classic foot long chili dog—when life changed in an instant
A driver failed to see Vinny and turned in front of him, causing a collision. Vinny was thrown over the vehicle and landed in a ditch. Miraculously, he survived.
Vinny sustained multiple injuries, including:
• Minor lacerations
• A shattered right wrist and fractured left wrist
• An open book pelvic fracture
• A complete break of the left sacrum
We are deeply grateful that Vinny is alive, and while the road ahead will be long, his spirits—and ours—are lifting.
He will be unable to work for several months. As of now, he is expected to be non-weightbearing on both arms for at least 3 weeks, and on his lower left side for 10–12 weeks. Recovery will be intense, but we’re standing with him every step of the way.
The doctors and staff at Munson have been outstanding in their care, and we feel incredibly supported. If you feel led, prayers are deeply appreciated—and if you’re able, any financial contributions to help Vinny and Sierra cover upcoming living expenses would mean the world.
Thank you all for the prayers, messages, and love you’ve already shown. We feel it, and we’re so grateful.
With love and gratitude,
Vinny, Sierra, and the Baideme and Riley Families
