Hello my name is Vincent and I need help.

My story: Things have been rough for me my whole life. I grew up in a home with domestic violence and drugs before I was diagnosed with lupus. My health wasn’t taken seriously and from there it has progressed. I am currently in end stage kidney failure while simultaneously battling a rare genetic swelling condition. I am currently on dialysis awaiting a transplant. All of my immediate family has been ruled out for the transplant due to the hereditary swelling condition. I turned 26 recently and am no longer on my parents healthcare. My out of pocket expenses for necessary medications per month are thousands of dollars and I can’t keep up on a fixed income. I am a union apprentice that is unable to work due to the physical constraints i have with my illnesses. I am a hard worker and would love to be able to work. Unfortunately the dialysis is just a bandaid. Any contribution will help me live comfortably but what I really need is a kidney transplant to save my life.
