Anything to help my father to live independently, where he currently resides, is most appreciated. My sister and I are starting this new GoFundMe for our dad, Vincent Carrella, who has been struggling for several years now due to a brain lesion which caused scarring and inflammation. This led to the loss of most of Vincent’s balance, much of his strength and dexterity, loss of his fine motor skills, and impacted his ability to speak very clearly. He has been able to get some help with his daily needs but ultimately still requires assistance with bills and rent to keep him situated in his current apartment with his cat, Rimbaud.
