Support Vikki's Battle Against Stage 4 Cancer

In March of this year, Vikki started noticing some weakness on her right side. Multiple scans, tests and 2 biopsy’s later, still no results of where this is all coming from. The only thing we know, is that Vikki has Stage 4 Cancer. There is a spot on the brain that is making it hard to communicate, she knows what she wants to say, but trying to find the right word is frustrating for her. Her right side is also being affected by the tumor. Stage 4 does not mean terminal, and Vikki is a fighter!

In early May, Vikki was transferred to UNC Acute Rehab in Hillsborough! She’s doing really well, and getting the care she needs and deserves! She’s working on strengthening that right side, with 3 hours of intense therapy a day. A team of oncologists are working diligently to find out a plan of attack for her cancer before her targeted date to leave Rehab on May 25th.
