Support Victor's Triple Bypass Recovery

Good Day All,

My name is Victor Miles, Jr., and I am a 66-year-old school bus driver. I am asking for a little help with some upcoming monthly bills. I found out on June 12th, 2025, that I am going to be needing a triple bypass surgery. On June 11th, I went in for a heart catheterization, but they could not perform the procedure due to the fact that I have three blockages: two at 90% blocked, one at 100% blocked, and the fourth one is 50% to 60% blocked...

I filed for disability. I filled out my part, my employer filled out their part, and my doctor filled out their part, but I was denied. I was told I needed to fill out a C10 form, which I did and faxed back to them. Now my case is under review, which I was told will take anywhere from 9 to 10 weeks.

My last day of work was on June 13th, when I was a bus aide because my doctor didn't want me driving the school bus until after my surgery. I will be able to return to work on October 1st, 2025. Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for those who can help.
