Our beloved brother, son, and friend Victor Tuyu, known to many as Puppet from WS Diamond St Chicos, was the victim of a devastating hit-and-run.

On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, Victor was struck by a woman driving a Jeep. While the vehicle has been recovered, the driver remains unidentified and is still at large.

The impact was catastrophic. Victor suffered a fractured skull, a crushed eye socket, and severe brain bleeding. He underwent emergency surgery to stop the internal bleeding, and although the procedure was successful, his condition remains uncertain.

We are waiting and praying for him to wake up… and we don’t yet know if he will regain sight in the affected eye.

This has been an unimaginable nightmare for Victor’s family—emotionally, physically, and financially.

With rising hospital bills, surgery costs, ongoing care, and medicine, the expenses are overwhelming.
