Update: After nearly 2 months in horrendous conditions in detention, Victor has finally been released, but his family is now $6,000 in debt for lawyer fees and is unable to afford groceries and rent in the meantime. They are in urgent need of financial support.

In mid April, Victor was detained by ICE and is currently in detention in Minnesota, despite having legal resident status. His family is doing everything they can to pay his legal fees, but have been out of work and could use support from the community so they're able to continue paying for rent and other immediate needs.

Victor is a loving father of two sons and a daughter and a dedicated and hardworking member of the Minneapolis community. He needs support paying for a lawyer to get him out of detention so that he can care and provide for his family and continue to have a positive impact on the lives of people around him.
