I’m raising funds for my wife, Victoria, as she faces a serious and life-changing medical situation. Since December 2025, Victoria has been struggling with head pressure, dizziness, muscle pain, and nausea. She has been to the emergency room 8 times, seen specialists, and tried everything she could for relief. Most recently, she was admitted to the hospital Monday evening with balance issues, headache, body shaking, and blurry vision, and she was discharged this past week.

Victoria has officially been diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH), BPPV, bilateral distal transverse dural venous sinus stenosis, non-anion gap metabolic acidosis, acute orthostatic migraine, and hypokalemia. Because of all of this, she has had to quit her job, use a walker, and cannot get out of bed without help due to her spinal tap.

This has changed every part of our household. I moved my work office into our bedroom so I can stay close to her and be there when she needs help. Our kids have had to miss school events because we need to stay close to home. Victoria also can no longer leave the bedroom to care for the garden or do her work, which has been a painful loss of independence for her.

The funds raised will help with medical bills and with new equipment around our home to make it more accessible for Victoria’s daily needs.
