Support Victoria's Fight Against Multiple Myeloma

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I'm raising money for my mom's Multiple Myeloma treatment.
Victoria has had Multiple Myeloma for 7 years now and at first, the Doctors didn't know what was going on with her. She was in so much pain that her body was giving her muscle spasms that put her down to the floor. My mom Victoria, even though she had all this pain going on, kept working to support for her family. She hid her pain from her kids so that we wouldn't know/ worry about her.
After many appointments we found out she had stage 3 Multiple Myeloma. She had Chemo for about a year. She also did the Radiation pain therapy for 5 days a week in that same year. Her left leg, hip, spine and ribs were all causing her so much pain. In 2017, she had the stem cell transplant and was in remission for a year and a half. When her Multiple Myeloma came back she's been on a yoyo, with Multiple Myeloma under control and then out of control. Victoria then had her spine cemented and she still deals with broken ribs on a daily.
In 2020 her doctor told her she couldn't work anymore at the job she loved so much.
Now in 2024, she has ran a course of treatments and her oncologist recommended her to MSK in NYC to do the Cart-T Cell Therapy. On June 7th 2024, they extracted her cells for the treatment that will happen near mid July and go to the end of August. Unfortunately this treatment that she will be doing is 3 hours from home and she has to have 24/7 care.
My mom Victoria is one of the strongest people I know. If you didn't know her, you would never know she was in pain let alone has Multiple Myeloma. Even a lot of people who know her, don't really know that she's in pain all the time and has broken ribs. Victoria is the type of person who can light up a room just by walking in. She knows how to start a party and how to bring people to life. She always has a big smile on her face and has the loudest laugh ever! You honestly never know if she's in pain or not unless she tells you or you find her alone and she doesn't know you're there. She doesn't want anyone to worry about her but I can't help it, she's my mother who still has so much life in her. She will always tell you she's fine when she's not. Even with financial issues.
She just had another grand baby and it's a sweet little girl who adores her so much. She loves her Gemmie ( Victoria) so much. My Mom is doing everything she can to stay positive. Not for herself but for everyone around her. Especially when she has her granddaughter.
This time around with the treatment, my mom doesn't just need prayers and emotional support. She also needs financial support too. Anything would help out. This is just a small hill on the mountain we are dealing with that we are trying to get over. My family always has a trouble asking for help as you can tell by the story of my mother. Please if you can help we'll be very very grateful.
Thank you for taking the time and reading about my mother.
