Support Victoria Smith as She Fights AL Amyloidosis

Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for our beloved sister, Victoria Smith, a devoted mother of five whose strength and resilience have inspired everyone who knows her.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Victoria relocated to Fayetteville, North Carolina, when her husband received a military assignment at Fort Bragg. In 2011, her life changed forever when her husband tragically lost his life to gun violence while working a part-time security job. Left to raise five children on her own and far from family, Victoria made the selfless decision to remain in North Carolina so her children could continue to have the stability they needed.

Now, Victoria is facing another unimaginable battle.

After months of repeated hospital stays and emergency room visits, she was diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis, a rare and serious disease that affects vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, and nervous system. She has also been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a form of congestive heart failure. She is currently undergoing numerous biopsies, MRIs, and additional testing as her medical team prepares her for chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

As you can imagine, these diagnoses have made it nearly impossible for Victoria to work while also caring for her children. The physical, emotional, and financial burdens have become overwhelming.

We are asking for your help during this incredibly difficult time. Every donation, no matter the amount, will go toward helping Victoria and her family with:

* Medical co-pays and treatment-related expenses
* Childcare and daycare costs
* Groceries and household necessities
* Gas and transportation to appointments
* Other daily living expenses as she focuses on her health and recovery

If you are unable to donate, we completely understand. Please consider sharing this fundraiser with your family, friends, and community. Your prayers, encouragement, and support mean more than words can express.

Thank you for standing beside Victoria and her children as they face this journey. Your generosity and kindness will help lift some of the burden and allow her to focus on what matters most—fighting this disease and spending precious time with her family.
