My name is Alysann and I’m creating this go fund me for two of my favorite people Victoria and Philip Grubb who are experiencing financial and emotional hardships right now as they go through their IVF journey. I will share their story and if you feel in your hearts that you would like to donate to their journey you can below.
Victoria: Life update.. LONG POST
For those that don’t know Philip and I have been on the IVF (In-Vitro Fertilization) journey since November 2023. If you’ve never been on this journey, be glad. This has been the most challenging and mentally draining experience thus far. After hundreds of shots and all of the hormones to only end in failed transfer cycles, it makes you want to give up. It’s an odd feeling because you want to give up, but you want a precious little baby more, so you keep pushing. You push yourself to heights you could never imagine.
IVF is not for the faint of heart, but if you have the right person/people beside you, it makes it just a little bit easier. Philip has been my rock through this process and continues to be that as our journey is nowhere near the end.
If you are going through infertility issues, just know there are options out there. You just have to be willing to go to every extreme, financially and emotionally. If you have been through IVF, props to you, you warrior! I would love to hear your story someday!
Right now, as we go through yet another heartbreak, we’re not open to questions so please respect that, but I promise I will eventually get there. I’m not saying any of this for sympathy, but instead, letting everyone know where we’re at and hopefully y’all can eventually rejoice with us as we get the miracle we are praying for eventually.
I don’t know why I feel like now is the time to say this, but I’m hoping we can use it as a testimony someday. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my rant and please pray for us and keep us in your thoughts as we continue this IVF marathon.
