Victoria Álvarez, my sister, began her worst nightmare on November 17, 2025, with severe head, neck, and shoulder pain. Now, Victoria is in rehabilitation, receiving IV antibiotics twice daily for six weeks, along with physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Every day, she works hard to regain her strength and independence, but the costs continue to add up.
