On March 27th/28th the Rio Grande Valley experienced record breaking flooding. Unfortunately, many people were affected by the flood waters.

My brother-in-law, Victor M. Rodriguez was one of these people. He, his wife and 5 children had to be “rescued” by the fire department and relocated out of the flood waters. Unfortunately, there was not much they could save. They lost all of their furniture, appliances and clothing due to sewage waste overflowing and mixing with the flood waters.
