Support Victim of Swatting in Urgent Need

I'm a victim of swatting that nearly caused my death. Law enforcement officers forced open my back door and stormed into my home of many years while I was in the shower. It was an unlawful entry in that there was no probable cause like chasing an escaped convict into the home, emergency situation like the home being on fire and most importantly no warrant.

I have not uploaded a photo of myself as I am in ongoing negotiations with the law enforcement agency and I may be required to sign confidential disclosure agreements CDAs. Further, I have already had trouble obtaining work due to the stigma of my legal entanglement so adding my photo may further disadvantage my job seeking.

The negotiations with the law enforcement agency are quite complicated and expensive. I have not been able to schedule meaningful work because I need to be available for the meetings to negotiate the settlement and I am injured which is further inhibiting my ability to work.

Because these negotiations are now ongoing for over 30 days, I am now struggling to pay my monthly bills which are just a few hundred dollars and need some "household" expenses covered just to survive until the negotiations are complete.

I have already borrowed several thousand from friends and acquaintances over the last several months for expenses that include legal expenses. I plan to repay them with the settlement. These lending sources from those I know personally are essentially exhausted and hence this GoFundMe campaign.

This is not your typical GoFundMe as I intend on repaying every donation once the settlement is complete.

I currently do not have legal representation as I was not able to afford a civil rights attorney because they require retainers in excess of $10,000. Nor was I able to continue representation because I did not have the funds mainly due to my injuries to pay for that legal representation. If there are any attorneys that would like to assist, my jurisdiction is the state of Florida and I welcome any inquiries.

My need is urgent as I am going to be forced to to work a minimum wage job of some type to pay the bills which will further delay the settlement probably into another month and force me to pay multiple late fees and possibly place me into additional litigation.

Again, I plan on returning every donation as a loan repayment because once I receive, the settlement, I will have the funds to do so and hopefully also return to a regular working schedule once my injuries are remedied.
