I'm so excited to start this next chapter of my life, getting my master's in business administration. I have been selected to be part of the 2026 cohort for the Global Leaders Institute for Arts Innovation. This one-year program will expand my education providing me with the tools necessary to continue building and cultivating systems of care that centers community in the arts.

I have had a wonderful career in the theatre industry, often in creative producing roles, and specifically fulfilling the role of the "everyman" in each position I've had. I have often originated roles, or joined teams that are in the first few years of their existence.

Through these experiences I have developed and mastered my ability to craft structure and vision both creatively and organizationally for the companies I've worked with. I'm hoping this education will be able to help me tap into a global network I can learn from and build a more sustainable arts future with.
