Hi y’all! I’m Vic, but this story is actually about my dad. January of 2026 my dad was very sick and ended up in the hospital for lots of testing. During this time, they discovered an aneurysm. At first all the doctors seemed very calm and sure that it would be an easy fix through a surgery done through his arteries. As more time was spent researching his aneurysm, the doctors came to find out that he has a very rare type of aneurysm, and it is in a very complicated place on his brain. Now we are being told open head surgery is the only way to get the aneurysm out as safely as they can. With all the different possibilities of memory loss, stroke, etc. I want my parents, who are retired, to worry about one less thing, what this may cost them.
