On Friday, July 25, our lives were changed forever. A drunk driver struck the vehicle my mom, Vicky Ryan, was a passenger in, sending the car careening through yards. The impact left her with a broken back.

She was airlifted to the hospital, where she underwent emergency surgery to stabilize her spine. She is currently paralyzed below the waist.

This single moment in time has created a new, challenging journey for her. This journey includes:
