Let’s help Vickie with her battle against cancer! I am creating this GoFundMe with permission from Vickie, who is a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and sister-in-law. Vickie has always been there for her family and friends, and now she needs our support more than ever.
Vickie worked for 7-Eleven for many years, but in October 2025, the store she was at became a franchise. Unfortunately, the new franchisee did not offer benefits, so Vickie lost her medical insurance. On February 23rd, she left work early due to severe abdominal pain and went to the emergency room, where she received the devastating news that she had cancer. Since then, Vickie has undergone surgery to remove some female organs, but not all tumors could be removed, leaving her with an ostomy bag. Her doctors have also informed her that the cancer has spread to her liver, and she will soon begin treatments.
We are asking for donations, no matter the size, to help Vickie with medical bills, household expenses, groceries, and other essentials as she faces this challenging time. If you are unable to donate, we ask that you keep Vickie in your prayers. Your support means the world to her and our family as we rally together to help her fight this battle.
