In April 2025, our beloved Vickie — a devoted wife, daughter, sister, and aunt — received the heartbreaking diagnosis of stage 4 kidney cancer. What began as an unexpected discovery has quickly turned into a difficult battle. Since then, she has undergone surgery to remove a kidney and her adrenal gland, yet the cancer has continued to spread to her brain, skull, remaining kidney, lungs, spine, liver, and even the bone in her leg.

Vickie has faced every step of this journey with remarkable strength and courage, enduring countless treatments including immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and radiation. Despite her determination, she has been unable to work since July, and the loss of her medical insurance is approaching.
