Support Vicki Robertson during her difficult time

Update June 24, 2021:
"Vicki has had three chemotherapy sessions. She has three more scheduled. After that I think they will evaluate progress to determine the next treatment steps. She goes every other Tuesday for 6 hours and leaves with an infusion pump. She returns on Thursday to have the pump removed. We have a group of five to drive her for these appointments. She has been feeling fairly well, but has times of fatigue.
Her expenses (all reasonable and legitimate) for the last 2 months have significantly exceeded expectations. The biggest surprises are major car repairs, tires, etc. Her financial situation is worsened by lack of work. She has often felt well enough to work, and would like to work more. She provided day service for my cats recently, and will again this weekend. She may not be able to handle as many jobs as pre-pandemic, but can do more than she is doing. I understand hesitancy to depend on her, but if you have some flexibility, try to use her. She will tell you if she cannot accept the job.
I have raised the Go Fund Me goal. Without the contributions to date, the situation would be dire. Vicki appreciates every penny. Please contribute what you can."
Vicki Robertson has taken care of pets for many people for many years. She has walked countless miles with dogs, and cleaned countless litter boxes. No one could treat animals with more love and kindness. But people also use her services because she is dependable, kind hearted, and a sweet gentle soul.
The pandemic devastated her business because no one traveled. This has been a financial nightmare for her. Now she has been diagnosed with a serious illness. She will have a lengthy period of treatment which will impact her ability to work just as there was some hope for an increase in business.
Vicki should not have financial worries during this difficult period. As persons who love Vicki and have used her services for many years, we are creating this Fund to pay for the basic necessities: rent, utilities, gas, and food. There will be deductibles and copays for medical care as well.
Vicki will be reluctant to ask for help , but never hesitant to say how grateful she will be when you do.
