Back in October, the majority of VIBE employees were laid off following a merger with Rolling Stone. This has left several staffers in need of immediate resources to cover essentials including rent, utilities, groceries, medical bills, relocation costs as well as major purchases like personal computers in order to work. This fund will go towards the aforementioned expenses and will be divided evenly amongst those who've been laid off.

This fundraiser is being managed by Mya Abraham, one of the laid-off staff members. She will be dispersing the funds to the respected beneficiaries on a rolling basis.
