I am part of a few neighbors and friends in the local area that are trying to properly Vet and give outdoor stray kitties a new life & located in Delaware County PA. . We are trying to get them vetted properly and some people willing to step forward to Foster, but we do need funds to help with the pet services that are being performed at forgotten Cat and with Helping Paws UD organizations.
