2Chicks And A Farm is a small woman and veteran-owned farm in Southwest Michigan. While we didn’t set out to be an unofficial ‘cat rescue,’ we now take care of approximately 20 rescue barn cats.

All our cats see a vet as soon as possible after they arrive. They get fully vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

As you can imagine, the vet bills add up.

We have recently taken in a number of new kittens, one of which required an emergency visit with a bill of nearly $400 alone.

It costs about $400 - $500 per kitten / cat to get vet checked, wormed, treated for any ailments, vaccinated, and spayed or neutered.

Any amount helps, there’s no such thing as too small… that applies to kittens and money.
