Our girl Vesper is full of life, love, and endless zoomies. She's our massive lovebug and lap kitty - one of our hearts in our home - and only three years old.

Anyone who's ever stepped foot into our home has been greeted by Vesper with nothing but head butts, purrs, and love. She's our little vocal girly, always chatting and making sure everyone feels welcome. (Apparently, she is still super chatty at the vet too.)

Over the past few days, she has gone from her usual playful self to being weak, barely eating or drinking, and hardly moving from her cat carrier. It's been heartbreaking for Peter and I to see her, our little James Bond daredevil, like this. She's been under veterinary care for over three days now, and we're still waiting on a clear diagnosis for her.

We've been talking about getting pet insurance for months (and kicking ourselves for the timing), but right now, we just want to do everything we can to help her recover.

We never imagined asking for help, but the vet bills have quickly become overwhelming. Anything - truly anything - would help us cover her care and give Vesper the chance to get back to her happy, zooming self.
