We are coming together to support someone who has always fought for others, our dear friend and colleague, who is now facing the fight of her life, Veronica Acosta.

In a matter of days, Veronica's world was turned upside down. Due to a severe medical emergency, she underwent the devastating loss of her leg. As if that weren’t enough, she is now hospitalized, bravely battling a serious blood infection. During this already overwhelming time, she has also lost her job, leaving her without the stability and support she needs to focus fully on healing.

She is one of the strongest, most compassionate people we know, the kind of person who fights passionately for the rights of others and shows up through the hard times. Now, Veronica needs us.

The road ahead will be long and challenging. Between ongoing medical care, rehabilitation, prosthetics, and basic living expenses, the financial burden is immense. Our goal is to ease that burden so Veronica can focus on what matters most: recovery, strength, and hope.
