On January 15th at 1pm, ICE agents committed a violent act in our neighborhood, kidnapping and brutally beating a vendor and two customers across the street from The Elysian and DSP Studios. These three beloved members of our community are now facing mounting legal and medical fees, as well as the challenge of recovering from incredible psychological trauma. In response, our community is coming together to support those harmed by these actions and to show that we keep us safe.

We are raising funds to buy out these vendors’ full carts for as long as possible, so they can go home without fear — with money in their pockets, and dignity intact. Your donation means they can take a break from the streets, provide for their loved ones, and stay out of danger — even if just for a little while. This direct aid will help ensure that the affected vendors do not have to work unsafely and publicly on the street, giving them a chance to recover and regain stability.

We will be streaming some of you favorite LA performers live from 12pm to 9pm along with speakers from various non-profits!
